- For new patient, please register at the clinic at least 30 minutes before the session ends.

Notes
- Please present your passport, NHI card or other related IDs when registration.
- For patients who do not bring their NHI card, please pay as self-pay session first. Please submit a refund application within 10 days (excluding holidays) with valid NHI card.
- For new patients under 18 years old, please fill out the Child Medical Consent Form if the parent (guardian) cannot accompany them.
