- Online booking currently accepts self-pay appointments only. If you wish to use National Health Insurance (NHI), please register at the reception when you arrive.
- Your appointment time is your check-in time, not the exact consultation time. Patients are seen in the order of check-in within that time slot. If you miss your slot, the system will change your booking to a walk-in number and the waiting time may be longer.
- To cancel a reservation, please do so at least 1 day in advance. After 3 no-shows without cancellation, your online booking will be suspended.
- First visit: please complete registration and check-in at the clinic no later than 30 minutes before the session ends.
- Returning patients: please complete registration and check-in at the clinic no later than 15 minutes before the session ends.
- For a first visit under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian present, please fill in the Child Medical Consent Form.
